Hello everyone from Prevent Child Abuse Florida!
As winter slowly fades here in North Florida, we are already getting excited for what is shaping up to be a great Child Abuse Prevention Month! This year’s theme will focus on how we can all help families and children thrive! In this newsletter, we’ll focus on plans for CAP Month.
We are currently working with our great partners at the Department of Children and Families to finalize plans for a CAP Month Kickoff! As details come together, we will keep you all updated, and we look forward to sharing the news with all of you.
In preparation for CAP Month this year, we will conduct three distinct webinars. The first will focus on our overall theme and plan for the month, along with a review of the new Partner Toolkit. Our second webinar will quickly review the Partner Toolkit but focus mainly on the sharing of ideas and strategies for raising awareness from around the state. Finally, our third webinar will follow a similar format but feature different partners.
